Product overview

GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switch cabinet is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with a high degree of automation that require computer interfaces, it is used as a power supply system with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400V, 660V, and a rated current of 5000A and below. A complete set of low-voltage power distribution devices used in power distribution, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation.

This product complies with the requirements of GB7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment", IEC61439-2:2011 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment" and other standards.

●  Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -15°C (with special technology, it can reach -45°C);

●  The altitude does not exceed 2500m (with special technology, it can reach 4000m);

●  The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C. A larger relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C. It should be considered that changes in temperature may The effect of accidental condensation;

●  When the device is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane does not exceed 5°, and the entire cabinet row is relatively flat (in compliance with GBJ232-82 standards);

●  The device should be installed in a place where there is no severe vibration and impact and where the electrical components are not subject to undue corrosion;

Structure and Dimensions

The GCS series switch cabinet is installed vertically, not against the wall. Behind it is the outlet cable trench of the cabinet. To facilitate maintenance, the distance from the back to the wall is usually 800~1800mm: see the figure below for the front distance installation.
