Product overview

KYN61-40.5 switchgear is equipped with ZN85A, ZN85B vacuum circuit breakers with excellent performance or Schneiders SF1, SF2 or ABBs HD4 or Alss FP series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, which improves the appearance quality and manufacturing accuracy; the busbar uses heat shrinkable insulation material or epoxy coating insulation method to optimize the electrode shape, the cabinet structure is compact, and it has complete "five prevention" functions.

KYN61-40.5 switchgear is used in 40.5kV three-phase AC 50Hz power system. It is used as a distribution room in power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electric energy; it has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring circuits. In addition to being widely used in general power systems, it can also be used in places with frequent operations. This product complies with GB3906 "3~35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear": GB/T11022 "Shared technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment standards", IEC60298, IEC62271-200 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear with rated voltage above 1KV and below 52KV" and control equipment" and IEC60694 "Common clauses for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment" standards.

Structural features Structuralfeatures
● It is divided into two parts: cabinet and handcart. The cabinet structure can be divided into four parts according to functional characteristics: relay instrument room, circuit breaker room, cable room and busbar room. Each part is separated by a grounded metal partition. The protection level of its shell is IP4X; when the circuit breaker chamber door is opened and the circuit breaker handcart is in the disconnect/test position, the protection level is IP2X.
● This switchgear has primary wiring solutions such as cable incoming and outgoing lines, overhead incoming and outgoing lines, busbar connections, isolation, voltage transformers, and lightning arresters. The switchgear uses composite insulation. The main circuit uses insulated busbars, and adjacent cabinets are separated by busbar bushings, which can effectively prevent the spread of accidents and at the same time provide auxiliary support for the main busbar. The cable room is equipped with current transformers, grounding switches, etc. The ample space conditions facilitate the connection of multiple cables.
