Normal usage conditions
● Ambient temperature: upper limit +40°C, lower limit -15°C (with special technology, up to -45°C);

High voltage side

The high voltage of prefabricated substations is generally protected by a load switch and a fuse combination. After one phase of the fuse is blown, the three-phase linkage will trip. The load switches are available in pressure type, vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride and other types, and can be equipped with electric The operating mechanism realizes automated upgrades; the fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with an impactor, which has reliable action and large breaking capacity. For transformers above 800kVA, vacuum circuit breakers such as ZN12, ZN28, and VS1 can be used for protection.
Low voltage side

The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts a universal or intelligent circuit breaker, and the outlet switch adopts a new type of plastic case switch, which is small in size, has short arcing, and has flexible outlet. It has an intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device, and has two types of switches: contactor and non-contact. Cutting method for users to choose.
Transformer

The prefabricated substation uses low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S13, S20, and S22 series transformers. Resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers can also be used. The transformers can be easily accessed.
