● Fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free, and reliable to ensure personal safety;

● Compact structure, the volume is only 1/3-1/5 of the European transformer of the same capacity, and the height is low;

● Sub-box structure can be adopted to avoid oil contamination in the transformer tank;

● The high voltage side adopts double fuse full range protection, which greatly reduces costs;

● It can be used as a ring network or as a terminal, and the cable head can be emergency plugged and unplugged when the load current is 200A;

● The box body is made of honeycomb double-sandwich composite board, which has the functions of temperature insulation and heat dissipation; an electronic phase loss protector is installed on the low-voltage side. When abnormal voltage occurs in the system, the main switch can be quickly disconnected;

● High-voltage side oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch, which can be upgraded electrically: laying the foundation for realizing distribution network automation.

Main technical data of the Transformer
adopts the new S13 series transformer body, which has low loss, good overload capacity and strong short-circuit resistance. All fasteners have been anti-loosened and do not need to be hung; you can also choose the one with better performance. S20 series and S22 series transformer

Main technical data of the Load Switch

The load switch is an oil-immersed, three-phase linkage switch, spring operating mechanism; it can be opened and closed with load, and its opening and closing speed has nothing to do with the operating force. The types include two-station, four-station T-type, and four-station V. Models are available for selection.

American box transformer high-voltage side is provided by a backup protection fuse and a plug-in fuse in series to provide full range protection. The principle is simple, economical and reliable; the backup protection fuse is an oil-immersed high-voltage current-limiting fuse. It has a large breaking capacity and only operates when there is an internal fault in the transformer. The plug-in fuse is equipped with a double-sensitive fuse, which can provide dual current and temperature protection. After the double-sensitive fuse is blown, the fuse core can be easily replaced on site. 美式箱变高压侧由后备保护熔断器和插入式熔断器串联提供全范围保护，原理简单，经济可靠;后备保护熔断器为油浸式高压限流熔断器，开断容量大，仅在变压器内部故障时动作，插入式熔断器内装双敏熔丝，可提供电流与温度双重保护，双敏熔丝熔断后，可在现场方便地更换熔芯。
