Product overview
Container-type box-type transformers are mainly used in large and medium-sized photovoltaic power stations. They adopt the design of outdoor standard container rooms and carry out a highly integrated design of grid-connected inverters, monitoring distribution cabinets, monitoring units, installation systems and fire protection to meet the needs of large-scale photovoltaic power stations. , the need for modular design and rapid installation of medium-sized photovoltaic power stations ensures long-term, reliable and safe parallel power generation of photovoltaic power stations.
Model and features
The application environments of photovoltaic power stations are different. On the premise of meeting the requirements of heat dissipation and ventilation, the inverter room needs to have good dustproof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion capabilities. The container-type inverter room combines functions such as heat dissipation and protection with inverter products, and provides owners with personalized internal space, forming a photovoltaic system access solution platform with integrated functional design. Take Sungrow’s containerized inverter as an example for analysis.
The container-type inverter room integrates the inverter and DC cabinet into one, and adopts a simple segmented direct-discharge air duct. The air duct does not contain fans, resulting in zero loss and maintenance-free. The length of the air duct is only 1m, the pressure loss is small, and the fan is at its best efficiency. When the inverter is working, most of the heat is discharged from the container through the air duct, and part of the heat is also transmitted to the inside of the box through radiation. The internal air absorbs the heat and flows to the top, and is then discharged by the exhaust fan on the top of the container, ensuring that the inverter long-term reliable operation. In addition to exhaust treatment, air inlet treatment also needs to be integrated. Add blinds to the side of the container, and the external cold air enters the box directly through the side window and continuously flows on the back of the inverter. The heat dissipation method on the back of the inverter changes from the original natural convection heat transfer to forced convection and convection heat transfer. The coefficient has increased by nearly 10 times, which greatly improves the heat exchange capacity of the back and reduces the surface temperature; not only that, the continuous cold air forms a low-temperature layer around the inverter, providing a good working environment for the inverter.
A heat insulation layer is added around the container body, using rock wool with low thermal conductivity as the insulation material. The thickness of the interlayer is 50mm, which can effectively isolate solar radiation and provide better heat preservation in low temperature environments. The S-shaped shutters at the air inlet of the box adopt a patented design, which effectively prevents the intrusion of wind, sand and rainwater. The dust-proof cotton uses a special high-flux and low-resistance filter plate, which is reusable. When replacing, just press the hidden button of the shutter to remove the dust-proof cotton. Dust cotton, the entire operation takes less than a few seconds. In addition to the integrated professional design of heat dissipation, insulation and protection, maintenance convenience also needs to be included in the container platform design. Sungrows container-type inverter has a built-in 500KW inverter and DC cabinet, which are placed symmetrically on the center line to facilitate personnel to view equipment information and perform frontal maintenance; the front door panel of the inverter can be opened 160°, which greatly improves maintenance space; integrated double doors are designed on both sides of the container, providing quick and convenient maintenance access. If you need to replace large components in the inverter, just open the double doors on the back.
